Return Period
You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Returns for Personal Preference
If you wish to return a product because you simply do not like it or have changed your mind:
You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If the product has already been shipped, you must wait until it arrives before requesting a return or refund.
Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We will cover the full cost of return shipping.
You must provide photo or video evidence of the damage or error before the return is approved.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs (except for damaged/incorrect items) are non-refundable.
